By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the grand889 online gaming platform available at https://grand889.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

grand889 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by grand889 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of grand889 services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all grand889 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active grand889 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. grand889 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify grand889 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Non-Transferability: Your grand889 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

grand889 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the grand889 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

grand889 currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, Philippine-issued)

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your grand889 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. grand889 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the grand889 Platform. Depositing funds with no intention to play, solely for the purpose of transferring or withdrawing them, may be treated as suspicious activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification and AML checks. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. grand889 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• grand889 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address.

grand889 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

• Modification and Withdrawal: grand889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the grand889 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 RNG and Live Games

Slot games and other non-live casino games on grand889 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Live casino games are conducted by trained live dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) under controlled studio conditions.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, grand889 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, grand889 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. grand889 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the return of the player's stake for the affected round.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with grand889 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. grand889's decision on all game disputes is final, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulatory review processes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the grand889 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward grand889 staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your grand889 account through your payment provider without first raising the matter with grand889 support.

All content on the grand889 Platform — including but not limited to the grand889 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of grand889 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from grand889.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Use the grand889 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of grand889 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

By registering on grand889, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• grand889 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

grand889's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your grand889 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude grand889's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

grand889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if grand889 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to grand889, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• grand889 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, grand889 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals in your account. Where termination is not for cause, grand889 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your grand889 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

grand889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, grand889 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an in-platform notification to your registered account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the grand889 Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to grand889's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. grand889 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through grand889's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority — PAGCOR — for mediation in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
